Artistic Journey
Rooted in Cornwall’s rugged coastline and ever-changing light, my work captures the atmosphere and emotion of the places and moments that surround me. From dramatic seascapes and stormy waves to still life and quiet family moments, I am drawn to the interplay of light, texture, and movement that brings each subject to life.
Artistic narrative
My artistic practice has developed organically through years of experimentation and self-teaching. Starting with acrylics and later moving into oils, I continue to refine my approach and allow my style to evolve naturally.
While studying for a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design and a BA (Hons) in Art History, I developed a deeper appreciation for the arts and their stories. During this time, I began painting more regularly and sharing my work online, gradually building a body of work that led to exhibiting in local galleries and art markets.
What began as a creative exploration has grown into a dedicated and evolving practice.
